I agree that, should my application be successful, I will, if required, apply for a criminal records disclosure through the appropriate service:

• Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for applicants in England and Wales,
• Disclosure Scotland for applicants in Scotland, or
• AccessNI for applicants in Northern Ireland.

I understand that should I fail to obtain the required disclosure, or if the disclosure does not meet the satisfaction of Propertynest Estate Agents Limited, my application may be withdrawn or terminated.

Note: We will be unable to process this application until all the required information requested in this form is received from each director of your business.

The completion and submission of this application do not obligate either party to enter into a franchise agreement or any other contract.
